To keep fit you should do the basics that the human body was designed for. Exercise regularly, eat a healthy balanced diet. This ensures the body is well cared for and physically we should feel good.
We sometimes forget that fitness is also in our mind and how we feel mentally.
To help with this then try to take some time to find some quiet space and do mediation.
This is something that actually comes naturally to us, although we might need to find more time in our day to devote to it.
After regularly having meditation time the mind and the body should start to feel better.
